I do not offer discounts outside of the company-wide sales that we run. I purposefully price our items to be the lowest possible price so that you all can make a purchase. This means our prices are firm. Please refrain from asking if I can give you a discount and instead sign up for our sale notification emails here.

~ABOUT HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES ~

WILL THERE BE DELAYS?

Please remember that we are in a pandemic. 2020 has been by FAR the most inconsistent and unpredictable with shipping times. Orders can arrive in 5 days, or 4 weeks. This is because each week the amount of shipping flights coming out of China can vary, and once our vendors have handed your packages over to the shipping courier, we have no control over how quickly they will get picked up for a flight. 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

The average shipping time is now 4 weeks, and 10-13 business days to receive tracking. HOWEVER, shipping times can take longer or shorter. I don't work for Fedex or DHL, so please do not ask me how long you think it will take. With the holidays AND the pandemic, it's hard to know what shipping will look like between now and January. This information is not to discourage you from ordering, four weeks is  the average shipping time. But, I cannot guarantee that any shipments will arrive by a specific date. I am not responsible for anything after the package is handed to the delivery courier as that is out of my control. The only thing I can guarantee is that  you WILL receive your package!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon arrival, you have 24 hours within receipt of the item to send a photo of its damaged condition. This policy applies because we cannot identify the cause of any damages past this 24 hour mark, as we cannot verify the level of care each customer has given to their items. 

If you do not like your item, we would be happy to try to resell it for you. This consists of us posting photos & videos (provided by you, showing that there is no damage or sign of wear on the item) on our page. We make NO promises that your item will re-sell. All shipping costs must be covered by you, and tracking must be provided. Remember that this service is not something we are required to provide, but want every accessory to find a loving home.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For large items (bags & shoes), the items are shipped via DHL or Fedex and arrive anywhere between 2 & 4 weeks, 3 weeks being the average delivery time. 

For small items, such as jewelry, scarves, hats, and clothing, the items are shipped ePacket, which is the equivalent of USPS overseas. The average time for this shipping is 6 weeks, but it can take longer or shorter. 

We recommend ordering all small items along with large items so that they can be shipped DHL/FedEx. Reminder that we have NO CONTROL over shipping speeds, we always submit orders to our seller within 72 hours of receiving payment in order to get items to you as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delivery courier errors, damages, or mis-deliveries. 

CAN YOU GUARANTEE WHEN MY ITEM WILL ARRIVE?

Unfortunately once the package has been handed off to the delivery courier, we have no control over how fast or slow your item will arrive. 

WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING?

We will direct message you your tracking number on Instagram AS SOON AS the seller gives it to us, generally within 10 business days. Shipments are first sent from China to a transfer location, and then given a new tracking number once in in their transfer location. Please watch these videos if you need more information on this. Please do not reach out about your tracking number unless it has been more than 10 business days since placing your order.

We highly recommend using the app 17Track to track all of your packages.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We are located in the UK, however most of our items ship from China. Occasionally (and randomly) we will bulk order some items to ship from the USA/UK. Stay tuned to our Instagram for announcements of these sales. It is always completely random which items we have during these sales and when they happen.
